The current governance model is founder-led through the Corporate Governance Framework and Servora Enterprise Limited. As the ecosystem matures, a Company Limited by Guarantee (GTE) is planned to provide independent governance, constitutional stewardship, compliance oversight, and long-term preservation of the ServoraPrise Ecosystem while safeguarding the founder’s vision and ensuring continuity across future generations.

Future Governance & Stewardship

As the ServoraPrise Ecosystem continues to grow, a Company Limited by Guarantee (GTE) is planned as a future nonprofit governance and stewardship body.

The proposed GTE will strengthen long-term governance by supporting strategic oversight, ecosystem stewardship, constitutional continuity, and compliance while helping preserve the founder’s vision for future generations.

The GTE is intended to complement the commercial operations of Servora Enterprise Limited. It will not replace the company’s operational management but will provide an additional layer of institutional governance and long-term oversight as the ecosystem expands.
