Diamore Innovation began as a registered business name and contributed to the early development of the ecosystem through aluminium fabrication, POS agency services, vendor exchange and general merchandise.

A voluntary cessation was filed with the Corporate Affairs Commission on 31 July 2026 to close it as a registered business entity. The name and creative force are being preserved through intellectual property protection (trademark/copyright) and now continue within the ServoraPrise Ecosystem as the dedicated Innovation Initiative.

It supports experimentation, research, creative problem-solving and the development of future ideas and initiatives.

VCEE Merchant represents an important early milestone in the founder’s entrepreneurial journey. It initially focused on aluminium fabrication and later expanded into broader commercial activities before evolving into Servora Enterprise Limited.

A formal cessation was filed on 31 March 2026 and approved on 14 April 2026. It is retained only as a historical predecessor and is no longer an active registered entity.

Unless otherwise stated, the brands, projects, initiatives, systems, websites, content, creative works, media and software developed within the ServoraPrise Ecosystem are owned or controlled by their respective rights holders.

The flagship original intellectual property is the Cinematic Symbolic Universe (CSU), developed through Recharge Republic under the ecosystem.

Any third-party names, trademarks, content or intellectual property remain the property of their respective owners.
